Shipping Policy

Nature’s Luxe Essentials processes orders within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Refund & Return Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@naturesluxeessentials.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Nature’s Luxe Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing has begun.
